Between 1997 and 2001 I wrote for various gay and lesbian publications in Canada. One of these, Pink Triangle Press, is currently making their archives – a treasure chest of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender advocacy in Canada – available online, including some of my articles. From 1997 to 1998 I wrote for Womonspace News, the voice for the Edmonton Lesbian community. In 2000 to 2001 I was a writer for Pink Triangle Press, an advocate for the equality of lesbians and gay men in Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa.
